    Gauntlet Day 10 full get-ups

    Hi all!

I'm on Day 7 of The Gauntlet, and looking ahead to Day 10: https://darebee.com/programs/gauntle...wall=&start=10

The final exercise is 5 sets of 10 full get-ups, but it doesn't say anything about how to alternate sides. Usually if you're supposed to swap sides with every rep, it tells you explicitly. Surely the idea isn't to do the whole lot on one side?

i would alternate each set then do 5 reps one side 5 reps other side on 5th set. that way your getting 25 reps total on each side.

      That makes sense—thanks!

A quick look in the manual helps:
Number of reps is always a total number for both legs / arms / sides. It’s easier to count this way: e.g. if it says 20 climbers, it means that both legs are already counted in - it is 10 reps each leg.

That's what I had been thinking, but on the final day it explicitly says to change arms with each rep, so I didn't understand why it says that for day 30 but not day 10. Perhaps I'm overthinking it.

It took me a while to get to it because I went for a long weekend away without my kettlebell, but I did it. Omg I may never stand up again.

Yep but it gives satisfaction to succeed
