    Kettlebell HIIT - right weights?

    Problem :
What it says on the tin.
    --Workout itself--
Should I use the heaviest weight with which I can finish at lvl I?
Start with a heavy one and move on to lighter options?
Do it with a light kettle?

It seems that you can use a weight that you can lift for 6 reps (a heavier weight) and maybe you will need to use a lighter weight later at 3 set.
    Let us ask @Damer
[Edit] Today, I used the 20kgs kettlebell for the first 2 sets and I used a lighter weight at the 3 set, not to have injuries, the previous days I remember I had difficulty to do 6 reps with the 20 kgs weight at some exercises , at 3 set.

        Thanks!
Looks like ja, "whatever I can lift comfortably" is a solution. Going from a heavier load to lighter fits in with that nicely.
Still a bit confused rep-count-wise, but I guess that "to fatigue" is alright, as long as I'm in no danger of loosing grip and shattering windows.
I... There's no place in my gym where I won't destroy either a window or a mirror of a kettlebell goes for a seasonal migration.
Truly, a marvel of interior design.
