    Training Plans - Gladiator

    Hello,
    After long time of doing different training programs from Darebee I have decided to try different approach: Training Plans (https://darebee.com/training-plans.html). I am currently using the Gladiator plan and use dumbbells or kettlebell workouts. My question is: am I getting it right? On the "Upper Body" I am doing an upper body, kettlebell/dumbbell workout from the Darebee workouts, on the "Lower Body" - lower body kettlebell/dumbbell workout. That is clear. But what about "Strength Workout" Days? Now I am doing full body kettlebell/dumbbell workouts on these days. Is it OK? Or whoever created the plan has something else in mind? Thanks in advance for help.

    Given how the plan is structured, with rest days between the so-called Strength Workout, I'd say you're doing it right. An Upper Body Workout, followed by a Lower Body Workout, Rest, Full Body, Rest, Full Body, Rest. That way, your various muscle groups have ample time to rest, provided you're healthy and reasonably fit.
    If you're seeing progress, you're doing it right.

      Thanks. I have been doing this plan for the last three weeks. Seems to be working fine for me, just wanted to check if it is maybe too much.

        That's something only you can decide. If you feel fine, don't lack in energy, see progress and have no trouble sleeping, it's not too much.
