Thankyou very much sir, I left the site and start doing YouTube workouts randomly, also took diet from some dietitians and I was on a weight of 86 and now I am on 82 and it gets stuck on that.

Now i am looking for a plan for months, in which exercise are designed for each day which for example Monday do cardio, Tuesday do chest Thursday do legs like that sir. which help me tone my body completely. I fell very embarrassing when my friends call me fatty and don't have any gf
