    50/50 meal plan

So I am almost 30 and I am skinny fat and I am really unhealthy. I am starting to badge hunt and get fit with darebee programs and challenges but was struggling to find a meal plan. I wanted to start the 50/50 meal plan because my dad and I are starting to grow our own veg, fruit and herbs so this plan is a) a meal plan and b) a gardening list but I am not a big eater of plain vegetables so I was wondering if adding sauce to this plan is OK? Damer do you have any advice? I'll probably use sauces until I faze them out or else use vegetation/vegan sauce but I can't eat plain vegetables 😕

It doesn't answer your original question but as an alternative as you're developing a taste for vegetables, don't discount spices! Curry powders, cajun seasoning (my favorite but probably more of an American thing), and lemon pepper seasoning are some ways to add flavor to vegetables without many more calories. Also salt Baby bok choy sauteed in a little soy sauce with fresh minced garlic is the best. Also vinegar-based dressings! I love eating raw broccoli, carrots, bell peppers, and cucumbers with an olive oil/vinegar dressing and fresh herbs & spices.

Play with spices, herbs, soy sauce(taking the saltinto account), the different vinegars... Tabasco... A little bit of oil for the salads, if done in good proportion, is nice too. Have fun and experimennt!
