    Question about Reps

For programs the workouts with reps listed below the move, 12,6,6,5 for example is it let’s say 12 reps each set(4) or 12 then 6 and so on for a set?

Could you post an example? Knowing the workout structures of Darebee it's probably the latter. It wouldn't make any sense otherwise.

The program I was looking at is the gauntlet.
The move is a squat and it says 4 sets the. Below it, it says reps 10, 8, 8, 6.

I’m assuming it’s 1 set is 10 reps then the next set 8 and so on.

Yes, it is 1 set of 10, two of 8 and one of 6 reps.

Maybe you figured this out, but with the gauntlet, most days you do 4 sets of the 1st exercise then move on to 4 sets of the next until you have completed them all. Every once in a while, I think every 5 days, the structure changes. On those days you do a circuit of all the exercises for the number of reps listed. Rest and repeat.

          Have fun!!!

My guess too is for the 1st day the Gauntlet:

            10 squats
            30" break
            8 squats
            30" break
            8 squats
            30" break
            6 squats

            2' break

            5 reverse lunges left
            5 reverse lunges right
            30" break
            4 reverse lunges left
            4 reverse lunges right
            .
            .
            .
            Day 5/10/15.. are circuits, finish all exercises 10 reps each(= 1set) then 2"break x 5
