For programs the workouts with reps listed below the move, 12,6,6,5 for example is it let’s say 12 reps each set(4) or 12 then 6 and so on for a set?

Could you post an example? Knowing the workout structures of Darebee it's probably the latter. It wouldn't make any sense otherwise.

Maybe you figured this out, but with the gauntlet, most days you do 4 sets of the 1st exercise then move on to 4 sets of the next until you have completed them all. Every once in a while, I think every 5 days, the structure changes. On those days you do a circuit of all the exercises for the number of reps listed. Rest and repeat.

10 squats
30" break
8 squats
30" break
8 squats
30" break
6 squats
2' break
5 reverse lunges left
5 reverse lunges right
30" break
4 reverse lunges left
4 reverse lunges right
.
.
.
Day 5/10/15.. are circuits, finish all exercises 10 reps each(= 1set) then 2"break x 5
