Silly question but I am not understanding what the programs mean by sets?

    Silly question but I am not understanding what the programs mean by sets?

    I am doing the core strength workout and day 2 (https://darebee.com/programs/core-st...owall=&start=2) has a whole bunch of exercises that seem like they would follow each other as if you were doing a circuit. My understanding of a set is a certain amount of reps for a certain exercise, so in this case, you would take a 2 minute break after doing planks for 10 seconds. This doesn't really make sense to me, is a set in this not the whole circuit? Thank you so much for any help.

    Welcome to the Hive. willie_the_7th In this case a set is all the excercises shown in the list and the break is thereafter.
    To get a better understandig how sets work here, have a look at the manual.

      Andi64 Thank you so much you're a legend. These workouts just became a lot harder but it makes much more sense.
