I'm about to finish Arms of Steel: Chair Edition, and I was wondering what I should do next for my arms. I was going to do the regular "Arms of Steel" program, but I compared the two and found that they're 90% similar. Literally the exact same exercises on most days. The only time they seem to differ is when pushups are involved, and I can't do regular pushups anyway. I can do alternative/easier pushups, but I don't think it's worth it if that's the only difference.
Any advice or tips would be appreciated
I do have dumbbells to use for exercises. They are only 5 pounds each, but I'm considering buying heavier ones soon!
