        I think Cardio Blast is pretty taxing for a level 2 workout. If you did well on all levels, look into Cardio Trim and consider doing some strength training as well. Cardio is great, but building quality muscle is key to long term fat loss and maintenance and keeps you fit and healthy. Depending on your preferences, you can take up some weights, like dumbbells, or work with your body weight.
