    Fighters Codex

    Hey everyone. I was wondering which program like Ironborn or Strength Protocol, for example, I can mix with Fighter's Codex, so I can work on muscle building and combat simultaneously. Would like to add some pull-ups and chin-ups especially. Any advice on this much appreciated.

    You might not want to combine a level 4 program with another level 4 program. So maybe consider 30 Days of Gravity. If I was doing it, I would just mix in upperbody or full body workouts from the database when I felt like it and not worry about another program.

      Have a read of this. Fighter's Codex is a pretty full programme, particularly if you do it a level 3. If you want to do some pull-ups, just do them - they don't need to be part of a programme.
