      It is impossible to spot reduce fat, and while exercise definitely helps, weight loss really begins in the kitchen. Suggest you check out food and nutrition sections and work from there first and then design an exercise program.

        I agree with CaptainCanuck. Diet burns fat better than exercise alone. You should read a few of the nutrition articles but the absolute basics is to basically eat in a calorie deficit.

          As mentioned, you need a calories deficit, say 10-15%
          Exercise will help you to loose mostly fat and not muscle mass.
          Try to eat healthy, there are sections here about nutrition and food.

            What a trainer talked about was walking best for burning fat and getting ripped, running and high intensity cardio burns carbs and makes you hungry. What he does is go an a treadmill on steepest incline for 30 mins 4 times a day. you could just walk outside for 2 hour.

            He didn't recommend doing a diet to lose weight coz you don't stick with it and the weight will come back as well as slowing you metabolism, you have to change habits permanently. Walking plus working out.

            My wife belongs to nature hiking and walking groups, is out everyday.

              Since everybody here is an adult or at least teenager, people here have a more or less educated idea how a grown-up body works.
              You are 10. A pre-teenage body is a totally different ballpark. There are professionals out there called Pediatric Nutritionists and Dietitians. They are speciallized in 'burning fat' off children and teenagers. Ask your parents/guardian to see one, if your body troubles you.

                    We did not realized the age. I thing it is better to go to a sport club and if necessary to go to a Nutritionist or just follow a properly diet.
                    Of course it is good to be outside all the time playing with friends
