How do you design your own 30 day program?c

    Hi all! Happy Holidays!
As the subject line says how does one go about building/designing their own 30 day program?

I'm mainly interested in figuring out how to create my own Darebee style programs for sandbags, medicine balls, clubs and swords that go for 30 days, increase in challenge, have built in recovery days, but don't stop the exercises.

This would be just for me and not for distribution.

And no, that wouldn't include the art. I'm mainly looking for how to create something with the same feel and challenge of a Darebee 30 Day program.

You could use the templates as a starting point.
Or just wing it. The filter on the workout page should give you the necessary info about sandbags and other tools. Maybe let go of the 30 day limit.
Since the pandemic started, my wife can't do her rowing (skiff or ergo twice a week min.), because the club is closed down. So she's stuck with me in the living-room gym.
We do a 'Cardio-day' light Mondays to recover from the weekend, 'Combat-day' some punching and kicking on Tuesdays, 'Hard-day' Wednesdays are lvl IV minimum, 'Strength-day' Thursday we break out the hardware and lift some weights, Friday is 'Abs-day'.
Worked like a charm for the last year and more than a half.
'Just' with the Darebee-workouts, the Daily Dare/EoD and the 4-minute warmup.
    Seasons Greetings right back atcha.
Thank You, beekeepers btw! neilarey Damer
PS: in the meantime she cancelled the membership in the rowing club and is exclusively working-out in the Andi/Darebee Living-room Club

You can also take the collections and theme weeks and make them into a program.

Good suggestions thus far. If I could add a suggestion it would be to alter already existing programs or workouts with modifications. There is not going to be a perfect swap-out but you could replace punches with sword strikes, triceps extensions w/ dumbbell with the clubs and so on. You can put medicine balls into a lot of programs, I used to use them for Russian twists for instance.

Just a point to note as well, that Military Fit Plus uses sandbags.

Perhaps it would be easier to structure a week and repeat it with some changes from time to time
