As the subject line says how does one go about building/designing their own 30 day program?
I'm mainly interested in figuring out how to create my own Darebee style programs for sandbags, medicine balls, clubs and swords that go for 30 days, increase in challenge, have built in recovery days, but don't stop the exercises.
This would be just for me and not for distribution.
And no, that wouldn't include the art. I'm mainly looking for how to create something with the same feel and challenge of a Darebee 30 Day program.
