    Quick Question

    Does anyone ever get agitated and cranky after they Exercise., I noticed the last little bit that after I workout I feel, well ......I have what you could call a short fuse. . And I'm not sure why. Wondering if there's anything that I could do.

    I get cranky when my blood sugar is low... or when I do not eat enough...

      yeah I kind of figured that actually I need to probably snack on something before and after I workout . Thankyou very much for the input .

        where can I find the January workout? I know its a few days but I'm trying to get it all situated so I can start January 1. I want to go ahead and print it all out. thanks so much

          nayciebug If you mean the Challenge, they generally come out one day before the beginning of the month. Well done on getting so organised!
