    Guts WO
    I can see in the WO:
    100 reps in total each exercise | split into manageable sets
    Level I throughout the day Level II repeat once Level III twice in one day.
    EC is:
    Extra Credit: 30 seconds rest between sets.
    Can you rest all the time that you want (you have the day), between exercises so? Max 30 sec between the sets, if you do the EC.
    Then what's the difference between level I and II?
    It seems that you have all day to do the WO.

    lvl1 throughout the day - one time
    lvl 2 once in one workout
    lvl 3 do it twice in one day

      I'd say that if you're doing it with EC, you're not doing it at Level 1.

        If I do it I will try EC.

        But If you don't do EC, can you rest up to 2 minutes? To do it as one workout there should be a limit.

          It is to you to define "one workout", but I, for myself, would define two minutes as a rest limit.

            One way of doing that workout with minimal rest times is to do 20 reps of each exercise and repeat the full sequence 5 times as if it were a circuit. It works for me anyway.
