Hello MoAtwi ,welcome to the Hive
there are endless ways to adjust the workouts.
reducing the reps is one idea, another one is to add a rest in between the sets. Play around what is doable for you.
Step by step you will get stronger.

In addition to what HellYeah said, there are regressions/alternatives to a lot of excercises. E.g.anything in a push-up position like planks, push-ups, plank-rotations,... you can do from your knees or from a wall. For squats you can hold on to some thing sturdy, e.g. lamp-post, kitchen sink...
Just type the the name of the excercise and 'regression' into your favourite seach engine and I am sure something usable will come up.

Looking at https://darebee.com/programs/fit-december.html and your saying you can only do one set ? Some do grease the groove, so do one set but not to failure, and maybe later in the day do another set. Then again later on another set, or just do what you can. Maybe try doing the workout with 5 reps, avoid going to failure so your not too spent to do another set.

Looking at that workout, you could experiment with the depth of the squats or hold onto something. Personally, I find it easier to do squats of any type with a counterweight in my hands, like a dumbbell or a kettlebell.
You could half the number of reps and do an additional set, if you feel like you need to balance that out.
You could spread the sets out over the course of the day or just lengthen the rest times as much as needed.
There's a lot you can experiment with and if all else fails, skip the day and try again at the end of the program. Sometimes, programs have that one day that gives me huge troubles. That day usually is in the first half or right in the middle, so don't feel bad about it.
