    Like this (5 dip hold +dip hold10count) = set
    1 Set >5s rest > 2 sets > 5 s rest > 2 sets
    I faild to make it continuously is it ok? Or i must do it again

    If you need a little break, you need a little break. Better to do it your way, than not doing it at all. It's a fitness page not a religion. You make/bend the rules. See those workouts as mere pointers rather than dogma. Like with a recipe: If you do not have all the ingredients needed, you substitute with some other stuff and you end up with a nice meal anyways. Strife to do it in one go, but do not kill yourself over it.
    Alternating movement and holds that target the same muscles are a very hard task eg. The Less is More or the Sally Challenge when it comes to pushups..So do not beat yourself up about it,
    And yeah, you'll have to do it again!

      Andi64 best reply Thanks ,you help me a lot 🖤, and you're right , i practice sport like religion with like perfection and chose the most difficult lvl to prove I am strong, but I must change that😌
