    Structuring cardio

    Hello all!
    So, a quick question:
    If I do circuit training and do Tabata at the same day, what is better for fat loss, endurance, speed, etc:

    Doing all sets of cardio at the end of the workout, or do one set, incorporated into each circuit?

    Every answer, most appreciated!!!

    Tabata is pretty advanced stuff, you really have to commit to it. From what I know it was originally designed for Olympic athletes to shave seconds (or fractions of seconds) off of their times and so isn't necessary for everyone. That said if you want to do it, then it would require your focus, so I would program it at the front of your workout so you can hit it hard and then do the circuit training to whatever level you can with what energy you have left.
