    How do you do the "crane pose lifts"?
    Do you lift the legs from the arms passing from the crane pose to the tuck planche aka floating crane?
    Or do you lift the legs from the floor?

    "leaning plank - leg raised" is 10 sec for each leg, so one set is 20 sec right?

      Scorpion you are correct, each leg is 10secs for "leaning plank - leg raised" so 20secs for one set.

      In the "crane pose lifts" you lift the legs from the floor hold for a microsecond in midair then come down again.

      I hope this clarifies it.
