    Hey Darebee 🙋‍♂️ Looking for some workout that working on all the muscles

    Anybody can fine me please 🙏
    Workout that working on all the muscles,
    max exercises is 4 and if you cant find so 5,
    and asymmetric for the body.

    I know its a lot to ask but I thought that I give it a try

      When it comes to just the excercises I'd go with Paul Wade:
      Pushup, Squat, Pullup, Hanging Leg Raise, Bridges for the lateral chain, Handstand (-pushup) for the shoulders.
      Mix 'n match.
      That's 6, but guaranteed all the muscles.
