    Order of programs

    Is there an order to the programs? I have simply been down the list provided in the "profile" area, but I've wondered if there is a specific order to follow from easier to harder?

    As far as I know there is no pre-established order to follow, I really like to follow the inspiration of the moment

      There is no order per se, as the end goal of each program is different. So there is no real progression between for instance a level 3 running program and a level 4 combat program. That said there are some that make some sense in terms of progression. For instance, if you are interested in starting to run, then it makes sense to do 30 Days of Change then Cardio Trim Run.

      Maybe if you told us your general fitness goals we might be able to give you a better suggestion.

        Thanks! I just asked to ensure there wasn't an order beyond the way they are represented. I'm not working toward any specific goal other than being active.
