    Welcome to the Hive Kngselfie
How did you do with the fitness test?
Depending on your fitness, good places to start are: Baseline, Foundation or 90 Days of Action .
Really hard to say from a distance. Best you get started with one and try to stick to it. If it's waaay to easy on level III, go for a higher difficulty program. If you have no idea what this level talk is about, have a look at the manual.
There is a filter on the program page that helps you to narrow down your options. Just start and you will get the hang of it. The programs are tried and tested. I guess the best start for a newb.

If for some reason the programs do not cut it, here are templates. Pick one that fits your needs and fill it with workouts from the workout page. There again is a handy filter that helps you choose behind that grey LOAD FILTER button .
Let's say you want to improve your general fitness and you have 3 days/week. 'The Guardian' seems perfect. On day 1 it says 'Strength Workout'. So you go to the workout page and LOAD FILTER->Focus: Full Body, Type: Strength/Tone and we want to start easy so Difficulty:Easy. You have no equipment so: Equipment:none.
That gives you a stunning 69 workouts. Pick one of them. Start hunting for a 'HIIT/HIgh Burn Workout' for the next day. And so on...

If you want to read up a bit on fitness, go to the guides section and have a look. There also is, you have guessed it, a filter. On the bottom this page are two search options, The Hive Search will comb through the Hive and give you user-generated results, the Search goes through the main page and delivers what the beekeepers thought up

Important: Keep a log. It does not matter if it is an Excel-sheet, Google-sheets, a paper note-book or if you open a thread here. But write down what you did when, at which level and maybe if you liked it or not and why. Keep it short and comprehensive, you might want to be able to decypher it in a couple of years.

Do not overdo it. Start slow. Results will take time, but they will come. If motivation runs out, try to replace it with discipline, it will come back. Be kind to your tendons and joints, you'll need them for a lifetime.
    .
    Hope this helps.
All the best and good luck.
    Andi
