    How many times should you use a hand grip

    Can i build arms muscle by workout on this every 4 days ( arms steel day + rest day + legs abs day + rest day)

    I guess you could but you'd probably get pretty bored. I recommend that you try one of the programmes - Ironborn is a good one if you have access to dumbbells - or there are other strength programmes you could give a go. The body works best if you keep it guessing and constantly challenge it. Doing the same thing over and over is not the best thing to do because you'd only really get good at doing just those things.
    As far as grippers are concerned, sure, they'll make your hands stronger, again, though, pretty boring unless you're using it while doing something else like watching the television or reading a book. It is optimal, though, to use the full range of motion, like opening the hand wide and then curling it closed, rather than just half-opening it and then squeezing. Still, hand grips are fine for their purpose.
    Most of Darebee's workouts and programmes have a body-weight focus. You'll get stronger, leaner, fitter, but you probably won't see a great amount of muscle growth.
