    Hi i want full explain for how i perform it . So if reach the spot 8 what can i do ? Is that a set? Its so easy or i dont understand itClick image for larger version

    This is how I understand it:

    One set = reach spot 1 – do a bridge – spot 2 – bridge – spot 3 – bridge – spot 4 – bridge – spot 5 – bridge – spot 6 – bridge – spot 7 – bridge – spot 8. Set complete, rest up to 2 minutes, repeat.

        Chaotic doing a normal bridge or bridge while hands and feets on the spots

          I'd say a normal bridge, as it says to "tap" the spot, not to "place" your hand/feet on the spot. So, my guess is that you should quickly tap the spot, return to the default position and do a normal bridge.
