    Military Fit Exercise Order Question

I recently started running the Military Fit program and I just want to make sure I'm doing each day correctly.

The description says that the program is a "circuit training fitness program". So using Day 1 as an example, does that mean that I would do the first set of push-ups and then shoulder taps, then plank hold, etc. Or would I do my 3 sets of pushups, and then 3 sets of shoulder taps, and so on?

I'm already on day 6 of this program, so I'm a little late asking this question now. I just noticed today that the program is described as circuit training, so I just want to know if I'm doing it right.

I appreciate any help anyone could give!

Welcome to the Hive Bosley . It's a circuit, so you circle through the exercises: 20 pushups->20 shoulder taps ...to the 20 up-down planks = 1 set. Rest, rinse, repeat. For level I three times. 5 for LII.
    All the best.
