    What is a good weightloss (waist and below) AND core building program? (moderate to intense difficulty)

    Hey everyone, I'm starting to get serious about working out and the first thing I want to start on is weight loss, specifically around the waist and lower body area. Along that, I would also like to do core building but if that is not possible then that's ok. I have no idea where I should start, but I have a few dumbbells/free weights that I could use. I am new to the site (and working out in general) and I have no idea what to do. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

    I think it depends very much on your level of fitness. Have you taken the fitness test? Then you can see if you'd better stay with a level 1, 2 or 3 program.

    In general I'd say a cardio-focussed program plus a core-strengthening add-on program would be a good combination.

      I can perform best with a level 2, but I still don't know which program in specific? I can't seem to find one here. I'm looking for maybe a daily 30 minute program. As I said, I'm new here, I don't really know where to start.

      EDIT: I found what I am looking for, https://darebee.com/programs/60-days-of-cardio.html has cardio, 10-20 minutes of workout, and an emphasis on abs and core. Thank you Anek for your help.

          Thanks Martyn this helps a lot. I was going to do ab-heavy workouts, but turns out I shouldn't count on it to reduce fat.

            60 DoC is an excellent choice to start Darebee
            Counting calories (in vs.out) is the best thing to count on when trying to reduce weight.
