    Mini workout to fight boredom?

Tonight I have the night shift in a warehouse, which is essentially just sitting all night and be awake... I don't want to sit there on my phone all night, but neither can I sleep. So I thought maybe I can do some exercises now and then...
I can't do whole workout, cause I have to be ready any moment... Possibly cardio is excluded as well...
What exercises would you recommend and how to structure them (sets, reps,...)
    Thanks in advance

    Some ideas:
    - Work through the archive of Daily Dares (most are <=2 minutes) - https://darebee.com/daily-dares
    - Add in the monthly challenge - https://darebee.com/challenges/daily...challenge.html
    - Look through the Workouts and pick whatever looks best for your goals and constraints and revise the structure however you need. If you need to do one exercise at a time and take a long break because you get called away, then do that.

Good suggestions above. You could also just choose any day from the Totals program, and just work down the numbers as you get the chance
