Can you help me choose a program?

I want to start something on September 1st, but I'm very indecisive. Anything could be good, but it would be nice to have someone else's opinion.

So. I want to lose weight (I know the focus should be diet, but everything helps). I get injured very easily. I love yoga but I think I should try something harder, out of my comfort zone. I'm ok on Difficulty 2 workouts, but maybe not every day.

The programs that seem doable are: the very easy ones, Ten, Totals, 30 days of yoga. Maybe a Cardio one. What do you think?

TEN, you can easily make more or less effort by increasing the pace and the exercises are varied and well balanced

I'm a bit on the fence when it comes to TEN. I found it a bit hard on some days, despite doing pretty good with all the other Level 2 programs. But maybe it was just me, you can always have a look and switch to something else.
I liked Totals a lot and so far it was my favourite program.
I'd like to pitch a vote for Zero Hero, because it's fairly varied and tells a hilariously bad and clichéd story. I had to modify some days a bit because of an injury, but it was very much doable. And some days are quickly done, giving you a bit of a rest (for example, do 100 high knees OR march steps)
Aside from that, Baseline and Square One could be an idea, although I find it hard to rate the level 1 programs.
So, my votes go to Totals or Zero Hero.

I also liked Totals because it could be done all in one go (if you're feeling very energetic) or throughout the day. As you've done Foundation Light, why not do Foundation? Yeah, choosing is the most difficult part!

If you like Yoga you can add 30 days of Yoga as an extra in your program. It says “ideal for anyone who wants to add yoga and meditation to their regular training”. I lost a couple of kg (without a strict diet) by doing Cardio Blast and 30 days of Yoga. But after a week I was like because of Cardio Blast . Reboot or Cardio Go + 30 days Yoga seems to me a little milder than CB but I’ve never try them. Foundation is also a good option. To make things easier you can add cardio challenge instead of doing cardio focused program in your daily routine such as easy cardio.
