    How is the EC different from the workout instruction itself? For example, duing the 2nd exercise I believe that I am supposed to do all 50 side leg raises on one side before switching side to do another 50 reps, and the EC seems to describe the same thing.

    So what's the EC exactly, or what's not? Damer

    I'd guess the EC is for doing 50 bridges and 50 side bridges per side instead of 20.

        kandy exactly what Andi64 said. The whole point of EC is that it adds an extra dimension of difficulty each time that makes the workout that little bit harder. This is exactly what it is doing here by upping the per side load on two of the hardest exercises while keeping the two easier ones at the same level.
