    Not sure how to perform reps in fighting codex

    In the day 2 of that program, you are challenged to do as many kicks or punches as possible in the span of 1 minute. However, because you sometimes need to approach the rep differently when you are doing it from another leg (such as in case of front kicks), I am unsure whether the exercise wants me to work on both legs simultaneously or only on the lead one.

    Did anyone figure this out?

      I also switched legs for each kick. (1L 1R 1L...)

        For the kicks I would use both legs.
        If you switch every rep: For the side and turning kicks you can simply kick to the other side. Like you are fighting 2 opponents 180° apart. For front and knee strikes it's easy to change legs every time
        Or you can do 30" left 30" right, that's harder.

        For the punches I would stay in whatever stance is given naturally through your leading hand. Like southpaw for lefties.
