    Advise on multiple programs

So i have been doing cardio exercises without being consistent and now i'm trying to be consistent with Darebee programs, and i have free time to exercise two times a day. So many question is if i can do 1-Minute HIIT & Total Abs two times. Like this :

Morning : One Day of 1-Minute HIIT & One Day of Total Abs.
Evening: One Day of 1-Minute HIIT & One Day of Total Abs.

    What you guys think ?

It is possible, the implementation of it depends on you. Programs are mostly designed to be done one at a time, so if you are doing more then you risk not benefiting as much from the program and also potentially getting injured. On the other hand, some people here train outside of the scope of the programs, because they understand what they are doing. If you feel comfortable doing this then it is your call. It can be done.

I'm doing two times a day and my body feels alright, no pain at all. I think i'm gonna keep like that, if i feel any kid of pain i stop and keep exercising only one time a day. It's crazy how with 1 week with these programs i can already see progress, when i was doing random cardio exercises i didn't have the same progress.

The advantage of following a program is that it is already a well-structured workout
