Help me understand the "Sets" in "Trailblazer"

Hey, everyone. Help me understand this. Trailblazer seems like a good running workout.

    https://darebee.com/workouts/trailbl...g-workout.html

"Run for 25 minutes in 5 minute intervals. Every 5 minutes stop and do five squats. At the end of all that run for 4 minutes straight. Then alternate sprints and slow runs. Go flat out in the sprint. Keep your body moving in the slow run. Add EC and the burn you feel will only get hotter.

Extra Credit: 1 minute rest between sets."

What are the "sets" being referenced in the last sentence? I can't figure it out. Do you think perhaps a different EC was intended, maybe something like 20-count sprints and 20-count slow runs?

What sort of extra credit would you recommend?

From how I understand this, I think the EC is a mistake. It seems that the good people of Darebee do that a lot, putting an EC into a workout description where it doesn't make sense. So my guess is that it's the case here, too. There also don't seem to be real sets here. No idea about an alternate EC, though, I don't run and wouldn't know what would be appropriate. Bounces, maybe?

I considered that also -- the ref to "sets" in the EC sentence clearly is a mistake -- yet the last sentence in the description paragraph clearly indicates an Extra Credit of some kind was intended. Maybe it is 20 count sprint/run, rather than 10 count. I'm going to assume that.
