    Can I mix up Ironborn and Power Cardio Program?

    Hey, hope everyone is okay and healthy.

    I want to start working out with the mix of Ironborn and Power Cardio Program combined, like this: Ironborn (takes 20 minutes a full session) and then start with Power Cardio (that takes relatively the same time). So in one day I would do two sessions of workout, one Ironborn and one Power Cardio and so forth.
    Can anyone help me and give their opinion?

    The programs are designed to be the only training in progress and so you get the maximum benefit, they hardly get along with each other, you always risk not recovering enough.
    Typically, you only choose one program and maybe multiple challenges as extra training, so it's easier to get things right.
    I have done several programs together but I have always chosen an easy one and a difficult one, using the first as a warm-up for example.
    Ironborn and Power Cardio done right are pretty tough programs, I wouldn't put them together but that's just my opinion
