30 days of strength vs strength protocol

I was doubting on which one would i work out. I'm doing 30 days of HIIT advanced and I want to do both at the same time (I also do judo 4 hours a week).

Strength Protocol Is more challenging than 30 DoS. I am not sure if I would want to do both at the same time.

With both I mean 30 DoS or strength protocol and 30 Days of HIIT (advanced). Is it too much?

The main problem of doing two programs together is that they hardly mix well and you risk not recovering enough, you can do it but you have to adapt your training a bit and keep in mind which of the two programs is the main one and which the "addon".
This is just my opinion, maybe take a look at the challenges, they work well alongside a program

I haven't done 30DOS, but I did do Strength Protocol. I'm experienced with lifting weights, and I still found it quite challenging. There's a point where doing one-armed pushups is a part of the program, which almost everyone would find difficult.

There's nothing wrong with stacking programs, but as Fremen said, be sure that you don't overexert yourself, and leave time for recovery. I would also find it quite time-consuming, too.

Ty. I made a few changes so my muscles can recover.
