    Here's Another one for repetitions

    Hello Warriors! I am currently working on a combo of Core Strength and Strength Protocol.

    My question : On Day10 of Strength protocol, the routine is: Bridge Extensions 20 reps * 4 sets | Flying Reverse Angles 20 Reps * 5 sets | Reverse Fists 80 Reps * 2 Sets - This i have completed, but i notice the bottom of the page has 5 sets. Does this mean, (Bridge Extensions 20 reps * 4 sets | Flying Reverse Angles 20 Reps * 5 sets | Reverse Fists 80 Reps * 2 Sets) * 5 sets or just Strick to (Bridge Extensions 20 reps * 4 sets | Flying Reverse Angles 20 Reps * 5 sets | Reverse Fists 80 Reps * 2 Sets).

    The counter must have at least as many sets as are foreseen by the exercise that has the most, for the others you simply stop a little earlier
