    It depends on what kind of muscle growth that you are looking for. Presumably you are interested more in upperbody strength so you should do a mix of upperbody and full body workouts.

    Can you indicate what is the difference between Strengh workout and upperbody/lowerbody workout ?

    You would probably be better off looking at a training plan versus a program. They allow for more flexibility and you can experiment with the workouts that give you the best results. Programs on the other hand are designed to be more rigidly followed.

    Just open the filter in the workout section and search for whatever kind of strength you are looking for and get started.

    Hello,
    Which Program should fit the best to gain muscle 3 days a week ( monday - wednesday and friday )?
    I'd like to run on tuesday and thursday and maybee on sunday.
    The aim is to lose belly fat, get fit and get strenghed
