    Gauntlet Question

    On Day 2 of the Gauntlet and I have a question about the sets and reps. Instructions say to do 4 sets and the reps are 10, 8, 8, 6. Am I doing that rep series 4x or is Set 1- 10, Set 2- 8, etc.? Yesterday I just did the rep series listed, but today I did it all 4x over and I'm not sure which is right. Guide me, wise ones.

    Hi

    4 sets in total per exercise.

    ​​​​​e.g. Day 2, bent over rows:

    1st set, 10 reps
    2nd set, 8 reps
    3rd set, 8 reps
    4th set, 6 reps

    And then, 2 minutes rest,
    before proceeding to the next exercise.
