    Superhero Strength workout

    What is the rest between exercises in the Superhero Strength workout? Always 30 sec?
    Is the same for the Superhero Strength Plus workout?

    Single legs squats (shrimp squats): before 10 one side then 10 the other one (not alternated)
    Cossack squats: alternated
    Punches: free to chance stance
    Up & down planks: alternated, is important the side for this exercise?
    Elbow planks: alternated

      Scorpion it is 30 seconds between each set of exercises. So, 20 single leg squats done either alternating 10 one side then 10 the other side, the moment you reach a total of 20 you get 30 seconds rest. Same for Superhero Strength Plus. I hope this helps.

        Damer but what is the rest between exercises?
        After you do the last set of single leg squats before you start the cossack squats do you rest always 30 sec or up to 2 minutes?
