    30 days of gravity - Spike In difficulty in endurance workout

    Hi! I struggled through the endurance parts. Especially the 3minute and 4minute ones. I wasn't able to last even 2 minutes in the 4minute arm hold though and ended up resting every 30secs after the first 2minutes of it.

    what should i do? Should I try to do them everyday until I can finish the exercises? Without rest? That said shoud I repeat day 29 until I can do it completely?

    Be kind to yourself and take it as a hint. Set your focus on these weaker spots and train them a little more... You won't get results fast... if you are overdoing things... "just" incorporate it into your future training plan... and your endurance will get better over time.
