    New Here: Best way to find beginner workouts here for strength building and fat loss

    Hi,

    Found this site through amazon for book search on no-equipment home training.
    I was wondering what the best way to find the most popular workouts here for strength building and fat loss. And more information on how to use the workouts (seconds of work/rest) number of sets?
    And more tips for the best way use dare bee workouts to be able to train a little bit everyday.

    Hello, FattieBurnie and welcome to the Hive! There is a manual that you will find most useful. It tells you about using the filter on the Workouts page to find the sort of workouts you'd like. We don't really have a "most popular" page - just pick a workout (or two) that looks good to you and have a go. If you need help working out how to do an exercise, most of them are demonstrated on the video library. If you need any help, just ask, because the Bees here are always ready to lend a hand. The level of workout you can do right now depends on your fitness right now. There is a fitness test that you can use to help decide which level you could be at, but that doesn't mean you can only do those workouts. Me, I do level one workouts up to level four (level five workouts scare me!). Have a look around. Try things out. If you like a workout but can't do all the sets, don't. Nobody is going to tell you off. Sometimes it's fun to get a few workouts and do one set of each of them.

    One of the best ways to train a little every day is to do one of the Challenges. They are generally 30 days long, and there is a wide variety of them. Another way is keeping a thread here, letting us know what and how you're doing. It keeps you accountable and is also a great record to see how you've changed over time. Have fun!

      Hi FattieBurnie, welcome! In addition to what TopNotch said, you could have a look at the programs. Most of them are 30 days long and they are balanced for you, with active rest days built in so you don't have to worry about it. You didn't say what level of fitness you're at, but if you're just starting out or haven't worked out in a while, I'd recommend starting with Level 1 workouts like Vitality or Baseline. They are gentle but will prepare you for greater things. They can each be done at 3 levels of difficulty, so you can ramp it up or down as you need to.
