    Ab Recovery

    I had my second c-section two months ago so I'm starting to work on rebuilding my core. I've been walking 30 minutes twice a day at a brisk pace for most of my recovery to get back into general shape but want to start focusing more specifically on my core in a way that will help prevent/cure any diasis recti. My doctor has cleared me for all exercise.

    I'm looking for a program or workout to help me with ab recovery. In looking at Foundation, it includes crunches which I'm not capable of doing yet, plus the arm/leg portions tend to bore me. Any recommendations for an alternative to help me build the core back up?

    May I suggest the Easy Core challenge? Or there are a couple of workouts that might suit, anywhere abs and standing abs. Good luck with your recovery!

      How about Core strength? It's very focused on ab workouts.
