Working out with a pulled groin

    hey bees,
unfortunately, while doing my beloved age of pandora workout, I sustained a light injury, i.e. I pulled my groin (lightly, grade 1).
now my doctor has prescribed me to not work out for at least a week, which I mostly did (minus some attempts at really light workout which I immediately stopped upon pain).
thus, I want to give my adductors the rest they need to recover now, but at the same time, I don't want to stop exercising completely for too long, because good habits are hard to keep and bad habits form quickly.

so my question is: what kind of bodyweight exercises can I do without risking further injury to my adductors?

You would probably be fine with most upper body movements. Just listen to your body and see what works.

In addition to what Azercord said, maybe some low impact cardio, like step jacks and side jacks and similar, as long as it doesn't hurt. Look at some difficulty 1 workouts, perhaps. Hope you feel better soon!

        thanks, both of you!
I ended up ordering a pull up bar, so as soon as it's there I will try to work on my upper body strength and hopefully will be able to get back to pandora, soon
