    Knight Steps

Hello! I don't know if its just me, but im having trouble understanding exactly how to do Knight Steps for the Knight workout. It seems easy on paper but for some reason i just can't seem to translate it to physical without seeing it. Does anyone know of a video somewhere or maybe just some other way of explaining it that might help?

    Thank you!

Yeah I understand how confusing it can be, but here's how I do it, or I think how it should be done.
    1. Standing position (figure #1)
    2. Do a reverse lunge with, say, the right leg go behind you. The knee should touch the ground then. (figure #2)
    3. Kneel the other leg (left). You should have both knees on the ground now. (figure #3)
    4. Come up with your right leg to a lunge position. (figure #4)
    5. Move the left leg and stand up. (figure #5)

The description and the graphics have different starting points, which makes it more confusing, but I hope this help.

That makes sense! Thank you a ton. I kept thinking lunge forward, but the way you put it makes so much more sense xD
