    Programs question

    I am starting the Zero Hero RPG program and while I am no novice to working out I am recovering from surgery (with medical guidance and physical therapy as well).

    My question is; how often are we meant to do program work? As a 30 day challenge am I meant to workout every day for 30 days or am I supposed to take rest days? While I am sure the answer will be to listen to my body I was wondering if there is any official guidance on this.

      RevHighwind Greetings. Generally, you do the workout every day but, as you say, you listen to your body. The 30-day challenges are generally done daily, but if you can't do something one day (and we've all been there for one reason or another!) that doesn't matter. What matters is how you feel. There's nobody with a big stick going to punish you for not sticking to timing or the programme - I know this from experience! If necessary, you could even split a workout over two days (or two workouts in one day), especially if there is a part A and part B (can't remember Zero Hero but I know some programmes have that sort of thing). Just remember that this is for you. Everyone here has a different level of fitness and ability, and we all do the programmes for ourselves. You do you.
