For Warm Ups You can check out HERE
You can try different ones each day depending on what makes you feel good.
When I first started I used Quick Warm Up, then progressed to 2-Min Warm Up because I felt that as my general workouts got harder I needed a different warm up.

For cooldowns and stretches I think it can be best to just look through what is available on the workouts for CoolDowns
    (x)cool downs, (x) Stretches
I feel like it depends on where you felt the exercise the most or which areas you focused on while completing the exercise.
eg. If you do an exercise 1 day focusing on upper body, try to find a stretch routine that covers the upper torso area

Don't forget t use the Filter options to help you find something appropriate for you

I personally didn't do stretches as often as I should have done while doing my earlier workouts, and suffered for it.

Good luck on this fitness journey!

Hello! I decided to start working out and as from what I can see, Foundation seems to be the go-to for beginners. I'm wondering what warmup and cooldown exercises are best for Foundation? Thank you!
