    Recommended Training programs on Bowflex

    I am wanting to join the community and get back in shape. I have a Bowflex extreme and was hoping someone can recommend a 30-90 day program using that equipment.

    Goals include weight loss, strength, toning and abs

    While I'm not sure what a Bowflex extreme can do I would have two general recommendations. Ironborn was written for dumbbells but you could easily sub in with the Bowflex. You could use that same principle with general whatever as well, if it has an easy or direct correlation to a weighted movement put that in (ie squats as squats, bicep extension as curls, etc) although you would probably have to focus more on the "strength" based workouts.
