    Dear all,
    i joined gym on January 1st and now due to pandemic again gym sport centre are closed. My focus is losing fat so i lost my 10 kg so my current kg is 80. Please help me to which program i should use. For shape body strength abs etc.

    Hi, it depends a lot of your fitness level.
    If you've never done a Darebee program I would suggest starting with one that is marked as "suitable for beginners" (they can still be challenging on higher levels) an then you'll have a better understanding of what to do next.
    For weight loss you can start with cardio (use the filter in the program section)

      Like miawtthias said, try something cardio or general fitness. I started with 60 Days of Cardio and Baseline, so maybe look at those if you're coming from an entry level of fitness. If they seem way too easy, that can be deceptive, but you can always go harder if you want. And it's always worth mentioning that fat is lost in the kitchen, muscle is gained in the gym. If you want to drop the fat, eat a bit less than you burn. Not TOO much less, though, 500-1000 calories taken in less than you burn should do the trick, and then tons of patience.
