    Is "Back Leg Raises" the favourite Daily Dare?

    How else would it show up on the rotation three times in 42 days?

    Don't get me wrong, I have nothing against Back Leg Raises :-)

    I think it's because it's a really quick, easy, and accessible daily dare:

    a) It's a great warm-up or cool down for more advanced folks.

    b) It's an awesome low impact exercise for beginners, seniors, and folks with disabilities!

    DD points for all!
