    Next program after The Foundation

    Hi all- seeking some advice. I'm halfway through the Foundation and am thinking ahead to what to do next. I like that the Foundation is a mix of different types of workouts. Are there other programs you would recommend as a next step that are similarly varied? I am new to body-weight training, fairly new to having a consistent exercise routine, and am interested in strengthening/toning. Not interested in weight loss. Cannot do a pushup (but would like to eventually get there). I feel like I could take on something more difficult than Foundation as I have not found it too challenging so far...but maybe that means I'm not doing it right, or maybe it's about to get a lot harder in the second half!

    Baseline should be a good next step. It is also somewhat varied. Or look at 1 minute HIIT or Reboot

        Thanks so much for the responses, CaptainCanuck and TheTranslator! I've been inclined to avoid anything that seems to emphasize fat burning/high burn because my BMI is quite low and I don't want to lose additional weight. Am I right to keep away from anything that says "high burn"?
